The Rossetto brothers bought the original glasses from Seguso Vetri D'arte in 1958-65. They did not manufacture them, but one of the famous workers cut and engraved the pieces (see below). The signature is made because the pieces were sold through their stores. In the 70's the company collapsed and pieces were purchased from Venini and pieces from the former worker and "cutting master" Neno.

More details:
The engravings were made by Enzo Laggia. He entered the world of glass as a strisaòr (furnace guard) at the Cenedese glassworks, then as a grinder and trimmer at the Marsiglio glassworks, as a grinder at the Vincenzo Nason glassworks, and finally as a garzonetto (master's helper) at the Seguso De Fortuna glassworks.
His nickname was Neno. His greatest desire was to have his own glassworks in Murano, and so in 1975, having already founded the company Muranese Export in 1969, he bought the former glassworks Estevan Rossetto (where he made the engravings of these vases years before) and renamed it Vetreria Venier
